This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Purna Web Agency, Inc. ("Purna Web Agency," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms ("Subscriber," "you," or "your"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not subscribe to or use our services.

1. Services

Purna Web Agency provides digital marketing, branding, website development, CRM automation, and other related services (the "Services"). The details of your selected subscription plan, including pricing and features, are outlined in your order confirmation or on our website.

2. Subscription Term & Renewal

Your subscription begins on the date of activation and continues for the initial term specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date. If the subscription renews, the payment method on file will be charged automatically unless updated or canceled.

3. Fees & Payment

You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees as specified in your selected plan. Payments are due upfront for each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Purna Web Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You shall not sublicense, resell, or make the Services available to third parties without our written consent.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice. Purna Web Agency may terminate your subscription immediately if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and access to the Services will be revoked.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property related to the Services remain the sole property of Purna Web Agency. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as per your subscription plan.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the term of this Agreement. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Purna Web Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last six (6) months.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.

10. Modifications

Purna Web Agency reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
